StagNet is an Anti-Spam email forwarding service.  In order to email a StagNet user, you must first obtain Authorization from the individual User.   StagNet is in no way responsible for the Authorization or Rejection of any individual by a StagNet User. Authorization / Rejection is solely the responsibility and at the discretion of the individual StagNet User.
